1986 Cutlass Supreme Brougham i need help

Im looking to get working on my cutlass, It only has 58xxx miles on it. Im essentially the second owner because my grandfather inherited it from his sister (owner #1) and then gave it to me. Anyways im wanting to do some relatively inexpensive performance work on it. It drives pretty good, it idles strange though. I need ideas and help big time.

I would start with aftermarket air filter and exaust manifold with flowmasters.
