why do my daytime runnig lights and highbeams work but not myregular headlights?

When i turn on my regular low beam lights they do not eork i have replaced the switch
in the steering column, the relays and all fuses what could be the problem and how do
i fix it?

Have you checked the bulbs to insure that they are still good?
