So when the vehicle cools down it starts? This is an indication of a Ignition Control Module, that can be taken out and tested, If this is the 5.7L. Also I would have it scanned for any trouble codes.

No lights are on(meaning engine lights), this morning I was driving it and when I cut it off and when into the store and came back out about 5 mins. later and try it, it wouldn't start at all, It would crank but not turn over it tried to start but it was a 5-6 second delay in starting but in this 5-6 second delay its still in cranking mold without me doing anything usually I would turn it off because I don't want anything to mess up, but this time I just let it go to see what it would do. It just crank out the problems is getting worst please help

Sounds like you are not getting a good spark, or there is a fuel issue. Fuel pressure would have to be checked if there is nothing wrong with the ignition control module. Like I said, that can be checked, but needs to be taken out. Fuel pressure would be next if need be. Gotta start diagnosing the problem.
