2008 charger changed battery now it won't start

Red light comes on when I put in the ignition key
and starts beeping and won't turn on.

You set an anti theft code and probably put the car in lock out mode!You may get lucky and find a procedure on line to fix the problem and if not it's off to the dealer to have them clear any codes and perform theft reset
