How do I troubleshoot a fuel pressure regulator on a 1989 Ford LTD Crown Victoria?

check to see if there is pressure to the back/inlet...then che k the out pressure..

Make sure ur fuel pump is turning on first if the pump is not pumping then its not the regulator
