they popped out? We're you just running water?
The water froze in the radiater then i found the freeze plugs on the ground under the car the car starts fine but everyone days not to drive-in iz since it wont hold water and seems to be leeking in several places under the motor
You must have been running straight water and there was a hard freeze. The big thing to find out is if you have a cracked block from the freezing. Freeze plugs are dirt cheap, but the engine may have to be removed to gain accessibility. It sounds like the radiator is toast. Probably worth fixing if the block is OK. Otherwise you need a new engine. Wouldn't hazard a guess on cost without more information. Good luck.
