Overheating why? Please anyone?

We have changed the thermostat, water pump
and a sensor
Please help
Still overheating

Of you here the water boiling in the radiator when you cut the car off try a new radiator cap.

Hi, what temp does a scanner say it's at? I know you changed the temp sensor, but need to rule it out completely. Our gauges are not accurate at all. Let me know what the real temp is with a scanner.
