86 eldorado brake lights not working. i have changed the bulbs, fuse and wsitch but still no lights.

2001 Eldorado - brakes go down to 1-2" above floor...had it "fixedf" twice and brakes same. Garage says they are good...They have never been like this until last year and need ur help. Rotors and complete brake overhaul for $1400 and still just like it was??? We have had car new since 2001 and we keep it up beautifully. 1 Answer
