I have heat when sitting still but not when I'm driving. I just got a new head gasket and radiator but still this problem.

Sounds like there is still some air in the cooling system. Did you do the head gasket and radiator your self ? If not take back to whom ever did the job. If you did your self post back.

It just may be low on coolant, check the coolant level.
