Hi my 2008 Pontiac G-6 steering wheel shakes excessively

My Pontiac 2008 G-6 steering wheel shakes
excessively and there’s a burning smell. Right
passenger tire metal is very hot. When I turned the
car off fans running. I’ve done tires. Balanced. Tye r
rods.

If the wheels balanced, I would suspect brake problem like a warped rotor or stuck caliper piston. Also check your wheel bearings.
