Go to your dealership, they will help you, probably free of charge, especially if you purchased your battery from them..
The reason that they will likely help you for FREE is good public relations... Make them know that...
Honda is running into trouble now with their image, it's all over the news, apparently they knew about the Takata air bag problem for years and I think that your 2008 Pilot is on the list.., I'm sure they want to do everything they can to make you and others happy, otherwise, you'll be bailing out for another brand..... Roll down a window, lock the passenger doors using the key try locking the drivers door, wait at least 30 seconds, then using the key unlock the drivers door, this should deactivate the system, if it doesn't then a trip to the dealer is warranted, it is possible that you have a failed lock sensing switch in one of the doors.
