air conditioner plus rattle sound from middle of car

My wife have a 08 eclipse and I done a dye and found no leak so I'm thinking that it's internal under the dashboard,also when we take off in first gear,second and so forth there is a rattling sound, what could it be

The rattle could be from a heat shield on the exhaust. Check the exhaust system.
