how to turn on switch of front fog lamp corolla 2008

i have a 2008 corolla i assemble front fog lamp for it connect the wire which was ready
there but i didn't find its key to switch on them only back fog lamp works and no more
item!!

I never owned corolla bt sometime light switch for headlights pulls forward to make fogs work, and all fogs go off with high beam setting
