What makes my pontiac grand prix jerk when ecellerating

My car jerks when ecellerating on the highway and usually when on an incline

Bad plug, bad coil pack, low fuel pressure or flow, bad injectors. Just a few things to check.

Your transmission could be slipping. Change the transmission fluid and filter.
