Look for a problem with the wiring in the trunk. Check ground wires.

Could it be the connector i replaced cuircuit board when i took off old one a pin was fried and in connector

Electricity could be back feeding through a shorted or reversed bulb installation. Fiddle around with that bulb on the left and see if anything changes. My Jeep did that once and it was blinking like a RR crossing.
