My 2003 Chevy Cavalier won't start

I used my car earlier this morning and when I went to start it again for work it would not start. I turned the key completely over and it did not make a noise. It was silent. I tried a couple times but there was no sound.

I ran out of gas and when I put some back in and it would not start my question is there a button in the trunk for the fuel pump
