2003 Chevy cavalier won't start

Have a 2003 Chevy cavalier that won't start it
worked fine after I replaced the battery not even a
week ago and now I try to start it and it won't turn
over but tries to. Any ideas?

That would be my answer, have the alternator checked, it may not be charging. Charge up the battery if it is new it should be ok, but keep it charged.
