Okay, was in accident and I was hit on the driver side, like slide along side car. Okay, when I'm driving and when I hit s small bump in road my car would move to the left, my driver side wheel would slide to left, and my steering wheel would kinda lock up, and then it would loosen up. When it rains and my car would slide to right and it would swivel really bad. What could it be ??

Sounds like your steering rack and pinion is damaged, or other suspension components. Please do the other drivers on the road and yourself a favor and DO NOT drive the car till it is repaired and safe to drive again.
