My Magnum stops accelerating while driving.

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My 2008 Dodge Magnum has been giving
me some issues recently. I've had the car
for a couple months and since have
replaced all the spark plugs and coils, ETC
sensor. This morning on the highway the
ETC light came on and while driving maybe
15mins the car stops accelerating then
kicks and accelerates again. It did this a
few times on my 30 min drive back home. I
pulled over once and shut the car off and
turned it back on. The ETC light cleared
and accelerated fine afterwards till I got
home. Any thoughts?

I would suspect a gas pedal position sensor. you should have a code in the computer though.
