If you dig deep enough on the web you'll find that information possibly on a gubmint DMV web site . Google your VIN # .Like reagan said I'm sure that information exists but I don't know where .

Recalls are normally for safety issues. A worn out torque converter on an 18 year old vehicle is not a safety issue. Silverados have had transmission problems for years. Also premature camshaft wear in the engine. Welcome to the world of GM! Hope that helps! Jim
