Question type: Maintenance & Repair

BBB AUTO SECTION: 800-955- 5100 3) call the FTC: 877-438-4338 4) and the Lin Law Firm who is investigating claims that they are considering class action status regarding Honda Civics air condesor where debris hits the unit and causes damage for vehicles under warranty. But, they've already gotten about a dozen calls, and are still investigating the issue and it may include the issues being discussed on this thread as well, if enough people are found to be affected: 909-595-5522. This should be a start.

Tort lawyers. You might get something but the lawyers will take most. I'm not saying it's not a legitimate claim, maybe it is, but the condenser must have air flow--maybe it was unprotected by a design flaw... but the lawyers don't care about you, only the almighty dollar

BBB is not about lawyers. It's about telling Honda that they have 3500 people with a problem with their cars. It's their problem and they should fix it and refund our money. So PLEASE EVERYONE call the BBB AND THE FTC TO FILE THE PROBLEM. Honda is supposed to call me today, per the BBB.

The BBB and FTC is about the A/C problem.

Reason I said the is you mentioned "Lin law firm". and "class action suits'... but fair enough im1234, calls to BBB and FTC (Federal Trade Commission for those unfamiliar with the acronym) the do indeed get things done. Be safe friend and I wish you all the luck and success in getting it done
