The HVAC fan.

Right behind the dial switch, the knob is attached to the stem of controller/resistor. I could not find a video or anything on how to replace, but this link has a live chat option, I have used it and they are very helpful- http://www.carid.com/motorcraft/blower-control-switch-mpn-yh1670.html
