Already changed fuel pump,pressure regulator, and still doesn't start. What else could it be

and fuel filter???first of all are you sure its fuel related?

I got fuel pressure & able to hear fuel pump kick on, but I'm thinking it's electrical, maybe the timing belt or chain.
