cold weather start
My 2005 malibu starts fine if in a heated grage or at tempatures above 30 deg F. When it sits outside at tempatures below 20 deg F it will not start. It will crank just fine and will try to idle but when I apply the slighest gas it dies.
PROBLEY A BAD THROTLE POSITION SENSOR OR TEMPETURE COLLENT SENSOR.
Sounds to me like there might be a problem with the idle air control or perhaps the intake air temperature sensor. I'd have this checked out by a mechanic you trust. It may even be something simple like a fuel pump problem.
