Motor Will not shut off, replaced blower resistor

Gotta do it again, I went threw 5 of them before I got one to work. There warrantied.

The blower motor relay is stuck, replace it and everything should go back too normal, if it does it again then the blower motor should be replaced as it is drawing too much current for the relay too handle.
