Check engine light stay on with blinking Cruise Control
As a general rule, this happens to alert you that something bad is detected in the airflow and can damage your catalytic converter. Too much fuel is one scenario. You might have a bad oxygen sensor and it might be enriching the ratio too much. I haven't dealt with this personally so I don't know if there are codes to pull or if you just need someone with a scanner to watch live data and see if the sensors are fluctuating the fuel ratio properly or what. Good luck and maybe someone else will answer or you can google what you need or find it on the forums. There is plenty of info out there. Best regards,
