Replaced water pump,thermostat,temp sensor, did flush.temp gauge goes to 3rd line an back to normal when first warming up once a day

If it is the correct thermostat, it is bad, delayed opening. Do you know what temp the new thermostat was?

Its 192° i put a new one in an took it out an reused old one that i knew was good

Then you may want to verify the reading by installing a manual temp gauge temporarily just to compare the readings, it is possible that the sender or gauge is reading incorrectly.

Not often, but they do go bad on occasion, especially if there has been a voltage problem in the past,
