u need to go to your dealer because your computer from your car has block the ignition,thats a feature from preventing thieves from stealing

Key is out but still won't start. Charging the battery..

The stuck key is because the battery is dead. Has nothing to do with the security system. There's a solenoid in the steering column that, when de-energized prevents the key from being turned to the lock position. This is to prevent the steering wheel from being locked while driving. GM used this set up for years. In my opinion it's a bad design! HTH. -Jim

Battery charged.. Still can't get key out and car won't start. No interior lights but the electric seats work.
