If you over fill transmission a little will it make my van act like it don't want to take any gas and you can't really it up when it is idle. And driving it it jumps when you give it gas until you let off of the gas

It could. When the transmission is overfull the fluid may foam. When the fluid foams there's a drop in fluid pressure. That could very well be the problem. HTH. -Jim
