New battery, still won't start!
the next thing to do is to check and/or replace the starter the minimum starting voltage or amperage is wandering upwards i assume it did start with a jump twice.... there is a minimum starting voltage on many starters ..without reaching that limit, the battery wont connect to the starter ....you got a NEW/NEW battery ? sounds crazy, but try a well charged battery with a jump on your new battery..... could give a result........these things can be pretty wild sometimes, gotta think outside the box
check your key battery,or the codes if you replaced the battery.
Check the alternator for functionality. In situations like these, when a new battery is installed but a client is still having starting issues, it is often the alternator. The new battery runs the vehicle for a time, but it does not get recharged at a rate that replaces the energy consumed by vehicle operation, and once the vehicle is shut down the battery lacks the energy to restart the engine.
