Head gasket

I'm replacing the head gasket due to a warped
head I had the head resurfaced to flat but they took
around .0020 of to get it there. My question is will
the Pistons hit the valves with that amount taking
off the head

2/1000's is not much at all. I doubt there will be a problem.
