Could be any number of things. Engine warm or cold? Is the check engine light on, or another light , lit up on the dash that would indicate a problem? Maintenance on the car recently? More details would be helpful to give you a more educated guess.

It does say change oil soon, but does have oil . While engine is cold or warm.
