Since there's no dipstick for trans fluid, am I to NEVER flush the transmission, at any mileage?

What maintenance is due a 2007 G6 after 100k miles, if any. (excluding regular changes of oil, air filter, antifreeze)?

Change transmission fluid at 50k, 100k and 150k
