You might want to check to see if you got the correct part. Moog probably has a tech line that can help you with that.

After doing a bit of research, turns out MOOG does show part# K5149 as being correct. This part is incorrect having .51" =1/2" ID and the correct part (RareParts # 15258) that has an ID of .568"=9/16". i believe K5149s are correct bushings for the midsize cars, not fullsize. Placed a call to MOOG, they responded by saying it is listed wrong, but didn't get anywhere with a refund since I had installed them in the control arm prior to verifying correct fit. Lesson learned, oh I also received incorrect inner tie-rod ends, MOOG doesn't actually make the correct ones even though there catalogue says otherwise..... frustrating

Wow, that is frustrating, and disappointing coming from a reputable brand name company. Even though they are right about technically not owing you compensation, I'm willing to bet if you went a bit higher up, or contacted someone in their customer satisfaction department they would likely do something for you. Be polite and respectful, but let them know how frustrated and disappointed you are. Good luck.
