Loosing antifreeze !

Driver side floor wet and I'm loosing
antifreeze. My gauge move up to 320 and
then comes back down to normal. Don't
no anything about cars but can you give
me your input in what might be the
problem? Thanks

Most likely the heater core is leaking. Low coolant will then let the engine overheat.
