clutch stop springing back, what could the problem be

Fluid level in clutch master cylinder or slave cylinder is low or master cylinder leaks and air entered the system.


I agree with tom... Only other thing i can think of is if the pressure plate went bad or throw out bearing came apart. If either of these happened you would probably hear weird noises
