Does a 1989 nissan pickup have a timing chain or belt? How often do each require replacement?

Autozone list it as having a chain setup, I couldn't find the exact interval anywhere but most manufacturers recommend it be changed about ever 100k.

Thanks. I understood timing belts needed to be replaced every 60,000 miles or 90,000 kms, but I thought timing chains lasted a lot longer and didn't have near the maintenance and replacement issues.
