My extended warranty provider are trying to get out of paying for my turbo replacement because they say the services haven't been carried out by a VAT registered mechanic but the T&C's only state its carried out to manufacturers recommendations ?? anyone help please??

sorry need to add to question, I need to know if in official range rover manufactures recommendations does it state that a vat registered mechanic is required to carry out the servicing to keep the warranty valid ??? thanks

after market extended warranty's are garbage. Sell the thing get a new something.
