Why do the car jerk when I accelerate?

When I accelerate, it appears that the gas is choked off and the enjine jerks. What could be the problem?

Check all of the fuel system components. Check the fuel pump, fuel pump regulator, and fuel filter.

Not a gas problem.its most likely your coil packs
