Noise coming from rear when I hit bumps. I have new shocks so what do I need to check?.

it almost sounds like metal to medal it is pretty load. Only does it on potholes speed bumps.if road is smooth no noise. Sounds like it is coming from passenger side. We checked wheel hub everything tight.
