fender beading

I've had a 67 dark blue beetle since 1968
it's been painted once but I can't remember what the original fender beading color was.  I want to restore it - also, what color would the wheels be - tan or white???

hi the color should be blue not always exact match but close some people put in black to contrast but the 67 was matched to the car you dont need to go somewhere else for answers
