How many miles on it?? What kind of transmission?

It might have something to do with the catalytic converter. My '98 has virtually no power anymore and it takes ages to get to speed. The cause has turned out to be my CC. So that might be it in your case.

167,839 miles don't know what trans but it is a 4.0 and 4X4
