car wires & missing

My Car had something chew on my wiring ,now my engine lite is on  & I can tell it feels like it is missing

So it's one of your wires, scan for the codes to see which cylinder is the problem. A local auto part store can do it for free. Ex. P0301 is misfire on cylinder #1.
