i have a 2007 dodge charger it will not let me crank it the only thing i can tell you is that under the hood you can hear a little long beep nosie. it stays on even when the key is out.

check the battery if you have no power. Im sure you know somone with jumper cables. if it is the battery either charge or replace it. and check the alternator output while your at it.
