My 6 speed v6 Dodge Ram 1500 is grinding in second gear. Only in second and only when I put it in second.

This is a manual transmission? How many miles on the truck? I suspect your synchros are worn. You might try changing the gear oil and putting in some Lucas Transmission fix. It is also possible that the clutch is not fully disengaging.
