The fuse that controls my taillights and inside light keeps blowing. I mean at least three times a day. Driving a 1985 Dodge Ram 150 Van with 5.2 engine. What could be causing this?

It's called a short. Missing Insulation or a pinched wire and or corrosion at the connectors is probably the issue. You have to check the whole wiring circuit.
