Standard gear shift bolt help

I have an 88 Dodge Ram 50 (standard) . The previous owner put an after market
shifter in it. The connecter plate has 3 bolts. 1 is now sheared off. 1 is gone and
the other seems to be too long but is holding though very sloppily. How do I find
the bolts that are needed or do something to so the shifter doesn't keep coming
out of the gears.

Most of the bolts are the same I think its a 10-12 ml find one that fits it and get some
