Is there anywhere to still locate NOS parts for a 2.6L engine other than gasket sets? Specifically looking for emission system parts.

Why NOS? There has to be plenty of aftermarket generic stuff that works.

oWell,it doesn't have to be, I guess. Just trying to keep it somewhat original.. I dont even really know what to ask for. I think its a reed valve assembly to the left of the air filter. Itsrusted away where the vaccum hoses connect to it. Also need the whole air cleaner.

The air cleaner assembly you can probably get at your local salvage yard or try That valve you're talking about, is it a little round gizmo that sits on the bottom of the inside of the air cleaner assembly with 2 vacuum hoses connected to it? If so, it's the temperature sensor for the thermostatically controlled air cleaner. There is a damper door inside the snorkel of the air cleaner. That sensor regulates vacuum to properly position the damper to maintain the correct air temperature coming into the engine. HTH. -Jim

None of the parts he mentions are available aftermarket. And aftermarket made in china parts suck! I have some emissions parts still NOS if anyone needs 8182683012 text
