Component on wheel well drivers side with 3 prong in line plug what is it

There are three components together on the drivers side wheel well wall. One
should be start run resister. One has five wires one has three and one has a
three inline plug that is white. No one including dodge knows what they are.
This is a 1985 w100 318. The center switch is off but had two Orange wires
on one plug and one black
