Yeah think!? Jim! Seeing how there were only 5070 total with t-tops for ALL 1978 Magnums built!? AND, there are only 681 GT's. Yeah, I'd say it's less that 4000?????????? As for rquinn's original question: Not sure with that option combo. But there were only 681 GT's total and not all had t-tops and 400ci engines. Also there were Two 400ci engines for 1978. look on your dash though the windshield, the vin# will be: XS22N8R------ or XS22P8R------. The "N" indicates (400ci 4bbl) and the "P" indicates the (400ci 4bbl HP Police engine) option. Source: Moparfan.com/Late B's forum/Magnum info thread 1978: 55,431 total prod. (Only 681 GT's) With T-Tops = 5070 N code 400ci - 6056 P code 400ci - 345 and 1979: 25,367 total prod. (only 1674 GT's) With T-Tops = 3704 No 400ci engines for 79 Out of 80,798 Magnums total: Less than 3% were GT package Magnums

rquinn's Magnum is a 1978, There were Over 5000 with T-Tops that year and the only year for the 400ci for the Magnum's.

My bad on the year.Nice cars you have. Not to many of us left that like the 78-79 dodge/cry.Looking for a Cordoba with T-tops.Last few 300 I have come across in to bad shape.Nice to see someone keeping them on the road

There are a couple of T-Top Cordobas for sale at a forum I'm a Moderator at. Moparfan.com look in the "Late B's" section or the Cars for sale area. Also you'll see pics of some of my Magnum there in the Showcase section.
